1. Plan and coordinate infrastructure and sports facilities.
2. Design and coordinate budgeting for managing equipment purchases.
3. Recommend and monitor the purchase of equipment and sports facilities.
4. Recommends lending, leasing, and delivery of sporting equipment policies.
5. Review and monitor the list of sports equipment inventory at the Sports Complex and Residential Colleges.
6. Preparing damage reports and recommending repairs or disposals.
7. Monitor gymnasium membership.
8. Provide and ensure sports facilities follow international standards.
9. Manage sports facilities and equipment repairs.
10. Responsible for equipment and sports facilities lending application.
11. Responsible for providing information such as calendar and rental rate of equipment and sports facilities.
 
 
 
SPORTS FACILITIES UNIT 
1. Responsible for equipment lending applications.
2. Responsible for sports facilities booking.
3. Manage the maintenance of sports facilities and equipment.
4. Help check and track records of assets and inventory of sports equipment.
5. Recommends the policies of booking, borrowing, and sports equipment returns.
6. Make periodic reviews of rental rates.
7. Coordinate booking of sports facilities and equipment to ensure no overlapping reservations.
8. Monitor programs that use sports facilities.
9. Prepare a daily schedule on duty for staff after office hours.
10. Provide equipment specifications according to international standards.
11. Monitor the maintenance of the facilities by the appointed contractor.
12. Suggested sports equipment purchases for maintenance.
13. Providing advice and support to tenants/clubs/associations in organizing preparations.
14. Help provide asset and inventory reports for disposal.
15. Responsible for sports store management.
16. Introducing upgrading works and development of new facilities.
17. Responsible for reporting any damage.
18. Helps marketing through the use/rental of facilities that can generate annual revenue.
